"The new building has 8,700 square feet, an increase of 1,200 square feet. Our project mechanical engineer designed a system with 50 tons of A/C with a traditional duct work design through out the restaurant. Working with you, we completely redesigned the system and cut our tonnage from 50 to 15 and dropped about 70% of the duct work and replaced it with Coenco fans.
